Tuition Tuition is an annual commitment. However, payments may be divided into ten (10)
equal payments due the 1st of each month, beginning August 1st. If the August payment is not received by August 15th, we cannot guarantee a space for your child.
If students withdraw after August 15th, the August payment is
non-refundable. Students are considered enrolled for the entire year.
The Administration makes staff decisions and purchases curriculum based
on enrollment numbers. Please contact the preschool office if you have
any questions or concerns. A $25.00 late fee is added to the balance
due on the 15th of each month. If two children of the same family are
enrolled in the preschool, full tuition is paid for the child with the
higher rate and a 10% is given for the child with tuition equal to or
less than the child with the higher rate.
Registration Fee: A NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE of $200.00 per year, per child
is due at the time of registration. The registration fee includes an
earthquake preparedness kit, curriculum, supplies, and Preschool T-shirt for field trips.
AGE REQUIREMENT: 2.9 to 5 years old who are potty trained. The 2 day, 3 day, or 5 day class placement is based on birth date
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation to and from preschool is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
ACTIVITY FEE:
All field trips and programs that we have throughout the year for your
child (and for one parent on the trips that charge for parents) will be
covered in this fee. The fee is due in full by August 30th. The
two-day program activity fee is $130. The three day is $185 and 5-Day programs’ activity fee is $195.
Since we pay for the activities in advance, there will be no refunds. |

PARENT VISITS:
Parents are always welcome to visit our preschool. We ask that you make an
appointment for your initial visit in order to ensure the time necessary to
answer all your questions and observe the classroom for 15 minutes. Any
time after that, you are welcome to drop in and observe for a short period
of time. We ask that you stop by the preschool office to check in first.
PARENT ORIENTATION:
A Parent Orientation Night is held prior to the first day of preschool
in order for parents to further acquaint themselves with the goals,
policies and programs of the preschool. It is a time for parents to
meet the teachers, view the facilities and complete final registration
procedures. An Open House is held prior to the first day of preschool
so the child can become familiar with the facilities and meet other
classmates. IMMUNIZATION PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT:
No
child shall be unconditionally admitted as a student of the preschool,
unless prior to admission, written verification is presented showing
the child has been immunized against diphtheria, pertusis, tetanus,
poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, and rubella in a manner and with
immunizing agents approved by the State Department of Public Health.
The only exception to this policy is a child whose licensed physician
has submitted a written statement that immunization cannot be given to
the child.
